The University of South Alabama, an NCAA Division I institution, is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Assistant Track & Field Coach. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the direction of all phases of a competitive track and field program in accordance with University of South Alabama, Sun Belt Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting and talent evaluation, assist event coaches with practice session administration, home meet organization, assist strength and conditioning staff with the supervision of strength and conditioning program, monitor academic progress, and assist in clinics. Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the head/coach and or Director of Athletics.
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama, and Coaching experience are required. This position is subject to a pre-employment criminal and credit background check.
