Assists soccer coach with coaching duties during practice sessions and game play; participates in soccer team recruitment activities; assists with the preparation and administration of budget; and counsels team members on academic, individual, and team goals.
Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of soccer coaching experience required. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference and the University of Northern Iowa. Experience recruiting, fundraising and coaching goalkeepers preferred. Experience coaching soccer at the collegiate level is also preferred. Criminal and other relevant background checks required.
