Guilford College is committed to building a strong women’s swim team. The head coach will be responsible for performing all duties associated with leading an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), Division III athletic team. The Greensboro Aquatics Center (GAC), a nationally recognized swimming facility, is partnering with Guilford as our home pool.
Lead and manage all aspects of the Women’s Swimming program including planning practices at the Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC) and the American Hebrew Academy (AHA). Teach the sport, schedule, make travel plans, manage the budget, recruit new student-athletes, and promote the program within the parameters of Office of Civil Rights, Title IX, the NCAA Divison III, the ODAC, and Guilford College rules and regulations.
