The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is seeking a Director of Operations - Women's Lacrosse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting coaching staff in all aspects of managing office and all logistical and operational needs. Needs include but are not limited to: travel, scheduling, equipment management, camp operations mailings and communications. Also maintains database for recruiting and camp, coordinates umpires on game day, manages equipment and practice set up on a daily basis, and oversees student managers. Helps with any additional needs necessary. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
Required: 1-2 years experience working with women's lacrosse team on a collegiate level, preferably Division I. Ability to communicate with a large and diverse population required. Knowledge of women's lacrosse required. Strong organizational skills required.
