St. Bonaventure University is accepting applications for the part-time position of Athletic Compliance Graduate Assistant within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This position reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and may require some evening and weekend hours. Up to 15 hours of on-ground graduate credit hours are included if accepted into the Graduate School.
Compliance Responsibilities: •Reviews and approves Countable Athletically Related Activities through JumpForward •Reviews and approves unofficial visits through JumpForward •Reviews and approves contact and evaluation logs through JumpForward •Reviews and approves phone logs through JumpForward •Reviews and approves NCAA, Atlantic-10 and SBU forms through JumpForward •Reviews and approves Coaches Recruiting travel •Assists in securing and submission of transfer tracers •Inputs data in Compliance Assistant and JumpForward databases •Certifies athletics promotional activities and donation requests •Provides updates to Coaches regarding Eligibility Center and admissions data •Writes and distributes monthly compliance newsletter •Posts relevant information on Compliance twitter feed
