Catholic University Men’s & Women’s Rowing is looking to add one more assistant coach to its current staff. The assistant coach will primarily be responsible for the development of one of its novice programs. Other responsibilities include conducting water and land-based training sessions, athlete management, some travel coordination and/or similar administrative duties, and race-day duties.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Pay is commensurate with experience, and may be supplemented with camp and clinic revenue. At least two years of sweep coaching experience is desired, preferably with collegiate or junior athlete populations.
