The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is seeking a Director of Operations - Rowing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating various aspects of rowing operations including travel, scheduling, camp and clinic operations, mailings and communications and race logistics. Coordinates quality control programs for the rowing program. Assists with video operations. Serves as a liaison for the rowing program with other areas of the department and the University. Serves as Ohio State rowing branding director. Responsible for Twitter, Instagram, video, mailers, and newsletter for the programs. Director of Bowball Club, a Rowing Donor Organization. Serves as Film & Editing director for all video content on practice, games and opponents. Ensures compliance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University policies and procedures. Performs other related administrative duties as they relate to daily rowing operations, booster and charity organizations and alumni needs. Coordinates special events and community involvement. This position works in a fast-paced, creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
Experience with NCAA and Big Ten rules and policies. Experience in a Division I rowing program. Candidate must have exceptional organizational, customer service and communication skills.
