Millsaps College, a selective, residential liberal arts college that competes at the NCAA Division III level and is in the Southern Athletic Association, seeks qualified individuals for the open position of Millsaps College, a private, liberal arts NCAA DIII institution, located in Jackson, MS, seeks applications for an Assistant Men's/Women Swim Coach. This is a full-time, entry level staff position in the Department of Athletics. Millsaps College is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of assistant swim coach. This is a full time, 10-month position including a stipend along with housing and meals, and will begin August 2018. Responsibilities of the Assistant Coach include, but are not limited to: design and execution of daily training sessions, assist in development of team tactics and meet analysis, assist in national recruitment of qualified student athletes, organizing team travel arrangements, maintaining team’s social media presence, closely monitoring student-athlete academic needs, assist in any administrative duties as assigned, Prior playing and coaching experience preferred.
