The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga seeks a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of assistant women’s golf coach. Responsibilities: Candidate must have a commitment to the philosophy of providing a competitive NCAA Division I golf program that emphasizes integrity and the health, safety and educational welfare of its student-athletes. Duties include but are not limited to coaching effectively in practice and competition, recruiting quality student-athletes; student-athlete development; program development; game day management; golf facility maintenance, team travel, budget management; fundraising; camps/clinics; alumni relations; and community engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Candidates should demonstrate a record of accomplishment in collegiate golf; a commitment to academic success; and knowledge and compliance with NCAA rules and demonstrated proficiency in recruiting. Candidate should be able to travel both domestically and abroad
Salary: Commensurate upon qualifications and experience.
