Colgate University, a NCAA Division I member, invites applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Rowing Coach. This is 10-month position with 12-months of health benefits.
Responsibilities will include assisting in the administration of all phases of the intercollegiate rowing program; including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, budget management, communications, and fund-raising.

Candidate must demonstrate: a significant knowledge of rowing; proven success in recruiting and in coaching at the college or an equivalently high level; strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes; knowledge and commitment to University, Conference and NCAA regulations; good communication and technology skills strong leadership qualities.
Applicants should be CPR/First Aid Certified and have a current US Rowing Level I Coaching Certification.
Baccalaureate degree is required, master’s degree preferred. A current valid driver’s license, in accordance with the University's Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Policy is required.
