RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Athletic Director for External Engagement & Game Operations will be responsible for all marketing and promotions efforts for the Athletic Department. This position will collaborate with coaches and staff, campus and community partners, vendors, and third parties to develop and execute marketing and promotional events. The Assistant Athletic Director for External Engagement & Game Operations will assist the ticketing manager with coordination and promotion of individual and group ticket packages as well as promote student attendance at Athletic events. This position will oversee all game operations for home athletic contests and serve as the liaison with visiting teams, officials, and game day staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree from accredited institution in Marketing, Business, Sport Management, or related field. Progressive experience working in marketing, promotions, and external outreach. Demonstrated experience in coordinating game management/operations. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse constituencies. Proven record of adherence to all NCAA compliance regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience working with community partners, vendors, and third parties to develop and execute marketing and promotional events. Proven success as a collaborative and effective leader.
For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body).
