Responsible for ensuring that University and departmental staff, coaches, student-athletes, and representatives of athletics interest abide by NCAA and SEC rules and regulations by coordinating and monitoring compliance related issues and activities.

Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Sports Management or other relevant field with at least three (3) years of experience within an Intercollegiate Athletics Compliance program or other relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with at least four (4) years of experience within an Intercollegiate Athletics Compliance program or other relevant experience; or Master's degree in Higher Education, Sports Management or other relevant field with at least one (1) year of experience within an Intercollegiate Athletics Compliance program or other relevant experience. Student or Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented experience will be considered. To be considered student experience, it must be detailed in the employment section on the application.
Knowledge of NCAA and SEC regulations. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituencies; ability to manage time efficiently to effectively perform multiple tasks; ability to work independently; knowledge of personal computers and standard software programs to include database skills and word processing skills. Ability to work well with others. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and monitor all steps of the work process.
Prefer knowledge of, or experience with, operations of an institution of higher education, preferably a Division I institution.
