William Penn University is seeking applications for the position of (2) Graduate Assistant Baseball Coach. William Penn is a member of the Heart of America Conference and NAIA I. The selected Graduate Assistant(s) will be granted a full tuition waiver into the Master’s Program in Business Leadership. Dorm housing and a small stipend is possible. The degree program will begin as soon as early September. The candidate(s) need to be available for meetings by August 15th. Requirements include an earned Bachelor’s Degree, the ability to obtain admission into the Graduate Program, and collegiate playing and/or coaching experience. The successful candidate reports to the Head Baseball Coach and will be expected to meet numerous on and off the field duties and exhibit energy, loyalty, teamwork, maturity, and the ability to make adjustments. Preference will be given to candidates with middle infield and/or pitching playing experience, hitting expertise, and technologicalproficiency.
