This position reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for the leadership and organization of the intercollegiate Men's and Women's Tennis program.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
Plan and conduct tryouts and practices
Recruit qualified student athletes
Develop a training and conditioning program
Schedule competition and team travel
Manage program budget and fundraising
Supervision of student athlete academics, compliance, and team conduct
Provide supervision of assistant coaches
Represent the University on Conference, Regional and /or National level
Minimum qualifications: 3 years of collegiate or professional tennis coaching experience
Preferred Qualificaitons: Collegiate tennis coaching experience at the NCAA level, Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
