North Park University would like to announce that applications are now being accepted for the position of Assistant Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Coach. Expertise and successful collegiate coaching experience in the sprints and hurdles and/or jumps and/or throws. A multi-event coaching background is preferred.

The mission of North Park University is to prepare students for lives of significance and service through education in the liberal arts, health sciences, professional studies, and theology.
Responsibilities for the full-time 12-month position include training instruction, administrative duties, academic progress, student-athlete development, and recruiting in compliance with NCAA, CCIW, and North Park’s guidelines. Assist in the management of graduate assistant coaches. Individual must be able to recruit academically qualified and athletically competitive student-athletes. Additional responsibilities and competitive salary will be assigned based on the applicant's qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree (master's preferred).
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Valid driver’s license and successful completion of background check.
Ability to work an untraditional work schedule (i.e. frequent nights and weekends).
Competitive coaching experience at the collegiate level.
Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
Exceptional recruiting, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
