Responsibilities: •Reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and assists with all phases in the operation of the women’s basketball program. •Duties will include recruiting, practice planning, coaching, game preparation, camp coordination, monitoring academic progress, assist in fundraising along with other responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach. •Must be able to work summers, nights and weekends.
Candidate to have played or coached at the college level.
Successful knowledge and experience with the recruiting process.
Thorough understanding of the NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in program planning and teaching.
Candidate must have a strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes and NCAA compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
Candidate to have coached at the college level for a minimum of two years.
