The University of Northwestern Ohio is an NAIA affiliated school. The women’s soccer program was formed in 2013 and has been ranked as a top 5 program over the past four years, competing in the National Final Four each of those years, advancing to the Final twice, and crowned National Champions in 2016.
These positions are housed in the athletic department and will report to the Head Women's Soccer Coach. We are looking to hire two graduate assistants, one with goalkeeper playing and coaching background, and another with playing and coaching background regardless of position. It is the responsibility of the graduate assistants to assist the Head Coach in the training of the varsity team as well as monitor and facilitate all facets of the reserve program while adhering to all University, WHAC Conference, and NAIA rules and regulations. The goalkeeper coach graduate assistant will also be responsible for training the varsity and reserve team goalkeepers. These positions will work closely with the women’s soccer staff and will also work collaboratively with relevant constituent groups. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting in recruiting, planning and conducting reserve and goalkeeper training sessions, game day operations, and general administrative duties.

Bachelor's degree and collegiate playing experience required for both positions. Goalkeeper coach must have collegiate goalkeeper experience.
Previous college, club, or high school coaching is beneficial and licenses are a plus!
