Monmouth University is seeking applications for a 2nd Assistant Women's Basketball Coach in the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expected to: be primarily responsible for all aspects of scouting, game preparation via film and in person tape breakdown; serve as liaison with strength and conditioning coach; assist in game preparation and coaching as directed by the head coach.
Required Degree, License or Certifications: Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire
Required Skills or Software: Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence, Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2013, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2013
Required Years of Experience: 2
Two years of college playing/coaching experience or an equivalent combination.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Synergy Sport Tech system and Dragon Fly film exchange system.
