Williams College, Division III institution and a member of the New England Small College Athletics Conference (NESCAC), is pleased to announce an opening for an Assistant Coach for Baseball. This is a full time, 10-month, term appointment. The Williams Baseball program values of communication, hard work and enthusiasm are modeled by the coaching staff. Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coach of Baseball in all areas, including:
Bachelor's Degree and collegiate competing and/or coaching experience required
Preference will be given to candidates pitching experience, as either player or coach or both.
Strong interpersonal skills preferred
Successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach and coach highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment
