The Head Coach will be directly responsible for the overall direction of the men's and women's programs. This involves recruiting, retaining members, assembling/developing a competent assistant coaching staff, and overall in-season/off-season strategies/programs. Must follow Iowa Central Community College's academic/conduct policies and NJCAA and ICCAC rules and regulations. The Student Development Assistant is responsible for retaining and enrolling prospective, former, and current students.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.  College playing experience preferred, coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred.  Must hold a current Class C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement or willingness to complete prior to athletic season.
