Wagner College, an NCAA Division I member of the Northeast Conference is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant Women’s Golf Coach.
Responsibilities: serve as head coach of the current women’s golf team, recruit qualified student-athletes, manage tournament scheduling, schedule and operate practices, make travel arrangements such as lodging and meal money requests. Overall budget management as well as fund-raising and other promotional activities. Establish a good rapport and effective and professional working relationships with student-athletes, parents, administrators, faculty, staff and the community.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, prior collegiate playing and/or coaching experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of NCAA rules. Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills is essential for this position. Proficiency in the FlightScope System and V1 Teaching Software or other swing analysis program is preferred.
Compensation: Graduate Tuition Remission, Housing, Meal Plan and Stipend.
