Job Summary: Under the direction of the Athletic Director, coach, plan, organize, recruit for, and coordinate the Northwest Christian University Women's Basketball Program.

Experience and Qualification Requirements: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree or National License Certification in related field and extensive participation in the sport of women's basketball. Five years of consecutive coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred (head high school and/or head club accepted).
