Michigan State Intercollegiate Athletics has an opening for a full-time video production intern to begin work in June or July 2018 with Spartan Vision. This is an exciting creative internship opportunity to help drive the Spartan fan experience to new levels.
Responsibilities In this position, you will:
Craft and execute creative concepts and ideas such as video features, pump up videos, intro videos, highlights, video headshots, graphics, etc
Assist with our video board operations on game days to ensure we have an outstanding atmosphere for fans and teams alike
With four major sporting venues, we feel it’s an exciting chance for you to build a diverse show reel and influence the Big Ten fan experience.
Well versed in Adobe After Effects and the entire Adobe Creative Suite
Previous multicam production experience
Outstanding communication skills
Experience in shooting, lighting, compositing and editing
Willing to buck trends and be innovative.
Able to handle multiple tasks.
Demonstrate good judgment and discretion with sensitive information regarding student-athletes, university staff and the Athletic Department.
Ability to work outside business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Spartan Vision utilizes Ross and ClickEffects products in conjunction with Hitachi cameras for live events and Sony Digital Cinema cameras for post-production.
