The Ohio State University Department of Athletics is seeking a Men's Soccer Head Coach. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing, directing, and coaching an intercollegiate Varsity men's soccer program. Recruits scholarship and walk on athletes. Manages all aspects of the program including scheduling, travel, equipment needs and budget. Manages coaching staff and other support staff. Monitors academic progress of student athletes. Participates in development activities to promote the men's soccer program. This position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovation is encouraged.
Considerable coaching experience with a soccer program, preferably in a collegiate setting desired. Experience in an NCAA program as a coach or student athlete, and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Position requires working with a diverse community.
