Duties: Duties include all aspects of planning and supervision of team practices, team strength/conditioning programs, game scheduling, assisting with team eligibility processes, budget management, assist in hiring and supervision of assistant coaching staff, teach varsity sport and kinesiology classes as assigned.
Additional Duties: May be assigned by the Athletic Director or Assistant Athletic Director.

Minimum Qualifications: Any Bachelor's Degree* AND two (2) years of professional experience; or
Any Associate's Degree* AND six (6) years of professional experience; or
3.Possession of a California Community College Instructor Credential [valid for life] in Physical Education or the equivalent; and
demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation and ethnic backgrounds of community college students and staff.
*Degrees must be from regionally accredited institutions.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated successful coaching experience and playing experience at the high school and/or collegiate level. Three years of successful coaching experience in water polo at the collegiate and high school level. Familiar with the policies and regulations for the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA).
