Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer Athletics Department
Williams College is pleased to announce an opening for Assistant Coach of Women's Soccer for the 2018-19 season. This is a full time, 10-month, term appointment.
Candidates should possess expertise in goalkeeping, be highly organized and have a comfort with technology. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with the administration and leadership of the Soccer program by providing goalkeeping coaching and instruction during training and games. Duties include, but are not limited to goalkeeper training, organizing team travel, game day organization, highlight film creation and video analysis. They must represent Williams College and help ensure team compliance with all NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree and collegiate playing and coaching experience required
A record of professional development including the completion of NSCAA and/or USSF coaching licenses is preferred
Successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach and coach highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment
Knowledge and commitment to NCAA and NESCAC rules and effective communication skills are required
