Long Island University invites applications for a part-time Assistant Men's Soccer Coach.
The LIU Post Soccer Program has won the East Region in four of the last five seasons.
LIU Post Athletics has finished in the top-two of the Northeast Region Learfield Cup standings each of the last three seasons. The program has captured five-consecutive ECC Commissioner's Cups for overall program success.
The responsibilities of the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach include, but are not limited to:
- Daily instructions with the team
- Player development
- Equipment management
- Budget management
- Team travel
- Compliance with NCAA, Conference and Long Island University regulations
Valid Driver's License
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Strong organizational, interperosnal and written skills
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Working knowledge of recruiting practices
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with experience
