Kansas Wesleyan University invites applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach (Full-Time). A dynamic, competitive, and motivated individual, the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting in the management and administration of activities related to the sport, including responsibility for recruiting, training, and coaching student-athletes. The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will serve as the head coach for the Junior Varsity Women’s Basketball Program. Successful candidate will provide leadership and expertise to the program and to the athletics department. Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, successful individual will support KWU’s effort to build a Model NAIA athletics program by providing a rich student-athlete experience, with knowledge in fundraising, NAIA and KCAC compliance. A successful candidate will be a well-versed recruiter, helping to build a robust roster.
