The University Athletic Association (UAA) is looking for a self-motivated individual to assist the Ticket Office and Marketing departments with the execution of its digital marketing strategy with a particular emphasis on email marketing, digital advertising and lead generation. The Digital Strategy and Analytics Specialist will also serve as the point person for the creation and deployment of all outbound email communication, and will work as a key member of the Marketing unit to create and disseminate digital advertisement. Bachelor’s Degree with two years’ experience with email marketing, digital strategy, database marketing and/or analytics is preferred. Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics, advanced CRM systems and Oracle’s Marketing cloud as well as proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics and/or HTML coding is also preferred. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate with internal customers, fans and vendors are essential components of this position. Strong creativity and problem solving skills as well as strong organization, administrative and analytical skills are required. The ability to handle multiple projects, tasks and priorities simultaneously is crucial. Ability to work a non-standard work schedule which will include nights, holidays and weekends is also required.
