Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all aspects of the women's basketball program including but not limited to: recruiting; on-floor coaching; supervising the academic success of the student-athletes; scouting; fund raising; public relations and other duties as assigned. The successful candidates must possess: a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred; commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of the College of Charleston, the Colonial Athletic Association and the NCAA; a minimum of five years of coaching and recruiting experience at the collegiate level; strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and writing skills and the ability to work well with student-athletes, faculty, staff and the community.
