Colgate University, a NCAA Division I member, invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Rowing Coach. This is 12-month faculty appointment with full health and retirement benefits. Responsibilities will include administering all phases of the intercollegiate rowing program including, but not limited to, coaching, recruiting, budget management, public affairs, and fund-raising. Candidates must demonstrate a proven success in coaching at the collegiate or equivalently high level, the ability to recruit, develop and motivate student-athletes, a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes, good communication skills, and strong leadership. Applicants should have knowledge of and compliance with NCAA, Patriot League and IRA rules and regulations. Baccalaureate degree is required, master’s degree preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
