The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock) is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Swimming Coach (R97494). UA Little Rock is a NCAA Division I school and an affiliate member of the Missouri Valley Conference. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with the following: practice and competition planning/preparation, budget administration, recruitment of student-athletes, fund raising, and a strong commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Missouri Valley Conference and institutional regulations. This is a twelve-month position (currently 75% appointment with the possibility of becoming a full time position). Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and intercollegiate coaching and/or swimming experience, preferably at the Division I level. All duties and responsibilities are governed by state, federal and university policy.Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and the ability to coach at the collegiate level.Application materials must be submitted through the online application system.
