Duties include working to meet the equipment needs of the 29 Army West Point NCAA sports teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:> Assist in overseeing cadet managers, > Weekly maintenance of game/practice equipment, laundering of all daily practice gear/uniforms, > Assist with operation of five equipment rooms,> Distribution of equipment/apparel to staff and cadet athletes and other duties as assigned by the Associate Equipment Manager/Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment.
Two years' expereience in athletics
AEMA certified or have the ability to becomeceritifeid within 1 year of appointment
Knowledge or NCAA rules and regulations
Familiar w/ computer based inventory systems including Excel/Word/Powerpoint
Excellent communciation skills
Perform duties during flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Travel as necessary
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions
Uphold the standard of character desired by the United States Military Academy
