Duties include but are not limited to > Help meet the equipment needs of the 29 Army West Point NCAA sports> Assist in overseeing assistant equipment managers and cadet managers, > Manage and track orders from equipment and apparel suppliers, > Oversee weekly maintenance of game/practice equipment, oversee laundering of all daily practice gear/uniforms, > Manage the operation of five equipment rooms, > Distribution of equipment/apparel to staff and cadet athletes and other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment.
5 years’ experience in athletics
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations,
Familiar with computer based inventory systems along with Excel/Word/Powerpoint, Excellent communication skills, and can uphold the standard of character desired by the United States Military Academy.
Perform duties during flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Travel as necessary
Ability to lift 75 lbs and to work in various environmental conditions
