The University Athletic Association (UAA) is looking for positive and passionate individuals that are committed to providing first-class customer service to the Florida Gators fan base as a Ticket Sales Representative. The Representative will generate revenue primarily by creating relationships via outbound/inbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings with a concentration on football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, and gymnastics. These calls will be supplemented using emails and other marketing efforts. Day-to-day leadership and mentoring will be provided by the Gators Ticket Office Leadership Team. Inventory which is available for sale includes, but not limited to: Season Tickets, Premium Seating Areas, Mini Packages and Group Tickets.
A Bachelor’s Degree and experience using Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing system is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. A passion for building relationships with people and natural customer service instincts as well as a positive team centric attitude with a professional demeanor is essential to this position. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. The ability to work a non-standard work schedule which will include nights, weekends and holidays is mandatory. Some overnight travel may be required.
