JOB SUMMARY: Working under the direction of the Head Coach, the Graduate Assistant Coach will assist with all aspects of the Division III Women’s Field Hockey program, including but not limited to game strategy, practice planning, player development, scouting/recruiting, video breakdown and analysis, monitoring student’s academic progress, travel, and day-to-day operations. Candidate must be willing to travel to various regions to scout and recruit. Looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, energetic individual who is willing to work during non-traditional hours.Graduate Assistant coaches also serve as game administrators at intercollegiate contests and log hours weekly at the Athletic Center and/or fitness center front desk.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:•Bachelor’s degree required•Prior coaching or collegiate playing experience required•Demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship, and conduct becoming of the coaching profession adhering to all college and professional sport association guidelines.•Knowledge of all NCAA Div.
