The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) has an immediate, full time opening for an Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Service. This position is under the daily supervision of the Associate Director of Athletics, Sales & External Relations. The position is responsible for selling season, individual and group tickets primarily for the sports of football, basketball and lacrosse, as well as providing excellent customer service to existing accounts. The position will work closely with the marketing & promotions and ticket office to insure that all efforts to maximize ticket sales and revenue are successfully coordinated and executed. Sales will be generated primarily through outbound phone calls, face to face presentations and in stadium tours. Additional responsibilities include overseeing game day staff for ticketed athletics events and assisting staff in establishing procedures related to issuance of student-athlete football complimentary tickets in accordance with NCAA rules. The successful candidate will display a positive attitude, be open to learning and be passionate about growing their career in the sports industry. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, previous sales/customer service experience (preferred) and experience with a ticketing software (preferred).
