Our Athletics program currently hosts 13 Varsity sports.Current OpeningThe Head Coach Men’s Basketball is responsible to develop and execute a strategy for developing and recruiting a competitive team at the conference and regional level. The part-time Head Coach plans and directs all activities of the men’s basketball team and has direct responsibility for recruitment and retention of student athletes. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of successfully evaluating own and opposition team capabilities to determine game strategy. The Head Coach supervises a Graduate Assistant.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in physical education, recreation, health, or related field strongly preferred. Minimum of three (3) years coaching experience as an assistant coach or high school head coach required or equivalent combination of coaching and playing experience. Knowledge of NCAA Division III and AMCC rules and regulations strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills also required.
