We are searching for a talented, creative, and personable individual with exceptional written and oral communication skills to join our Los Angeles team. We are seeking an innovative thinker with an infectiously enthusiastic personality to develop coach relationships and demonstrate in-depth understanding, while building trust and confidence in being able to represent our team of educators and coaches.
Support and report to the Regional Manager to hire and train new coaches
Attract coaches and match them to openings
Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
Continually mentor and guide the coaching team
Supervise and evaluate educators and coaches to ensure program quality
Keep track of performance and frequency in fulfilling our quality standards
Assist in development of staff training program
Lead, provide materials for and participate in coach training
Liaise with parents to receive feedback on staff performance and program content
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Physical Education preferred
Experience with age groups 2-10 years essential
Minimum coaching license - USSF D or NSCAA National Diploma
Minimum two years coaching/education experience and practical application
Aptitude for effectively preparing and delivering presentations to large group
Customer service oriented
Exceptional organizational skills
Experience in project management
Must be eligible to work in the USA
