Corban University is accepting applications for a Head Baseball Coach. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Athletics and will be responsible for providing leadership to the baseball program, recruiting and retaining student-athletes, supervising assistant coaches, scheduling team travel, managing the budget, purchasing and maintaining equipment and facilities and cultivating a vibrant connection with alumni and fans. Candidate must have a commitment to upholding the academic, spiritual and athletic integrity and mission of the University, and compliance with NAIA and CCC regulations. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.

Ability to organize and implement effective game and practice strategies.
Working knowledge of CCC, NAIA and institutional rules and regulations.
Playing and coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred.
Knowledge of sports management.
Demonstrated ability to work alongside of students in a cooperative and collaborative style.
Self-motivated and detail oriented.
Demonstrated organizational and problem solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to support and encourage student athletes in integrating academic, athletic and spiritual pursuits.
