The Assistant Coach will be responsible for supporting the head coach and staff towards the successful operation of the Presbyterian College Softball program. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the development of hitters, assisting with defensive instruction, assisting all recruiting efforts, monitors the academic progress of student-athletes, organizes academic checks, study hall sessions, assisting coaching staff with the scouting reports, helps organize and direct summer softball camps and performs other duties as assigned by head coach. Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA rules and regulations as well as a dedication to the academic development of the student-athlete is required.

Baccalaureate degree. Candidate will possess excellent organizational, fiscal management and communication skills. Successful candidate will have a knowledge of, and commitment to, NCAA rules and regulations, and will be required to pass the Coaches Certification Exam, annually.
