Cornell University invites applications for the full-time, 11-month position of Assistant Coach, Varsity Baseball. Responsibilities include: coordinating the recruitment of prospective student athletes in accordance with Ivy League, NCAA, and University regulations and policies; assisting the head baseball coach with the planning and operation of all aspects of the baseball program; assisting with individual player development, planning and conduct of practices, game preparation, and game coaching; and performing other administrative and public relations duties as assigned by the head baseball coach.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience is required.
Previous experience as a college baseball player or coach is required.
Previous baseball coaching and recruiting experience at the NCAA Division I level is preferred.
Credentials should reflect proven success or potential in coaching, recruiting, and working with student-athletes.
Knowledge of and adherence to Ivy League and NCAA regulations and policies is required, with emphasis on those related to the recruitment of student athletes.
