Produces and manages men’s basketball video needs including highlight videos, commercials, recruiting videos and special projects. Provides post-production editing, graphics and delivery of projects for recruiting, marketing, game day playback on video boards, Departmental web pages, special events, and Coach and team needs. Also, manages the multiple social media platforms for men’s basketball and assists with men’s basketball alumni outreach and communication.
Note: Position requires incumbent to comply fully with all NCAA, Big Ten (or other conference) and Indiana University rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree, two years of experience in collegiate and/or professional video production and editing, and experience with graphic design and social media management.
Knowledge of NCA rules. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with a widely diverse student population, coaching staff, and with administrative staff; and demonstrated ability to exercise good, sound judgement in all communications.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree in broadcasting, communication, graphic design, film, telecommunication or related field; Master’s degree; experience in video production and editing on the Division I collegiate level.
