| Hanover College, a selective Division III liberal arts college in southern Indiana, invites applicants for a full-time position as Head Men’s & Women’s Swimming Coach. The successful candidate will establish a new program at Hanover with the expectation of initiating varsity competition in the 2018-19 season. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: all aspects of planning, managing, and maintaining a successful swimming program with primary emphasis on recruiting quality student-athletes during the 2017-18 school year. |
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Previous collegiate swimming and or coaching experience is highly desirable. Candidates must have a strong commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and be enthusiastic and successful recruiters.
