Responsibilities include providing leadership, planning, organizing, and administering all aspects of the Swimming & Diving program with emphasis on skill development, training and conditioning, and the maintenance of a strong academic environment. Duties include scheduling, budget management, fundraising, and recruiting highly qualified student-athletes within University and NCAA guidelines.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree preferred. Three years collegiate Swimming & Diving coaching experience preferred. Knowledge of NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving practices and regulations, must become NCAA II recruiting certified, ability to establish good rapport and relationships with players, administrators, staff, alumni and the general public. Must have proven administrative, organizational and recruiting skills.
