Title: Video Production Graduate Assistant – Editing/Live Production
Location: University of Wyoming Athletics, Laramie, WY
Duration: Position runs for the academic year (mid-August to early May) Position may be renewed on an annual basis. Expected starting date is around August 23rd, 2017.
Compensation: The GA will receive a waiver of tuition and fees for up to 9 credit hours in a graduate program. The position includes a stipend of $12,708 a year offered September to May in monthly payments. Student health insurance is also available through the university.
Responsibilities: The GA will serve the following functions and report to the Director of Video Production. - Produce high quality on-demand content (highlight videos, game recaps, interviews, promotional videos, etc) for various mediums, including web, social media, video boards and television - Take part in game-day video board and web-stream productions of Wyoming Athletics events in various capacities (Technical Director, Graphics, Camera Operator, Replay Operator, Audio, etc). - Assist with planning and loading of video board content to video board controllers (ANC V-Soft or Click Effects Crossfire and Blaze) for live in-venue shows - Help with daily logging and archiving of athletics footage - Other duties as assigned by Director of Video Production The University of Wyoming is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
