Schedule and manage online Athletic Department’s facilities and coordinate with Bangor’s Cross Insurance Center.
Assist coaches, staff, and external groups with facility needs.
Coordinate the setup of facilities for athletic activities, events, and groups renting the facilities.
Assist with department risk management including developing and implementing procedures and policies that minimize participant and employee injury; purchase appropriate signage and equipment, and participate in employee safety and risk management training.
Collaborate with third party leaser to negotiate contracts outlining costs and requirements as it relates to technical, security, and other necessary demands for each event. Prepares and executes contract per agreement with lease or facility use.
Process work order with Facilities Management related to events.
Manage finances for events to include: analyze and reconcile the Facility Rental budget; ensure accuracy and complete schedule of collections as needed.
Communicate event details to obtain proper professional, classified and student staff to manage events.
Coordinate building maintenance with athletic staff.
Manage and coordinate intercollegiate game contracts when necessary.
Other reasonably related duties as assigned.
