Fighting Irish Media Project Manager
The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Fighting Irish Media Project Manager.

The Project Manager plays a key role in the daily operation of the Fighting Irish Media (FIM) team, reporting to the Sr. Associate Athletic Director for Media Operations and Branding. This role produces and manages the FIM production schedule and content calendar, including documenting production milestones and release dates for written, video, photographic and social media content. Working in conjunction with the FIM management, this role ensures production staff, space and equipment have been properly assigned and communicated, taking into account dependencies, required deadlines, staff availability and other related factors. The Project Manager is expected to become an expert at managing “Teamwork” project management software to establish projects, deadlines and team communication, as well as production metrics for competed projects and forecasted resource allocations for upcoming projects. This role oversees the hiring process for freelance and student labor, while also managing video and music licensing.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years experience required. Experience with project management, digital media production, writing and communicating are essential. The individual must possess a collaborative style and the ability to work effectively within a diverse population. A passion for sports while complying with NCAA, ACC and ND rules and regulations is non-negotiable. This position requires some nights and weekends as per athletics competition and production schedule needs.
