SUNY Delhi seeks a dynamic, forward thinking and engaging Sports Information Director to the join the Delhi Broncos, with an anticipated start date of July 2017. The successful candidate will be the primary communications and public relations staff person for a very busy and well-rounded intercollegiate athletic program. The department currently includes 19 sponsored sports, both team and individual based during all three seasons. The person in this position will work in conjunction with the Athletic Director, Associate Athletic Director, all of the coaching staff and the Office of College Relations. The successful candidate is expected to exhibit and promote sportsmanship, professional and ethical behavior as well as serve as a positive role model.

Bachelor's Degree in athletics or communications
1-3 years of college athletic related experience
Valid drivers license, or eligibility to obtain by time of appointment, with acceptable driving record
Excellent writing, communication, web and social media skills
Experience with sports information, game day operations, and academic monitoring
