Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of coaching experience at the collegiate, professional and/or national level, or equivalent experience, are required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and develop student-athletes, as well as a commitment to academic and athletic success. Candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of Seattle University's Jesuit, Catholic tradition, mission, vision and values. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
